3.1. The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in GMT London, England.
3.2. If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the website and social media if applicable.
3.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date and time. All competition entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date may be disqualified without a refund.
3.4. The maximum number entries to the competition will be stated on the Website. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached.
3.5. To enter the competition:
3.5.1 You must be minimum of 18 years old, and a UK resident. Entrants must have a UK registered home address and be residing in the UK. Proof of this will be checked prior to any prize award or delivery/collection of a prize.
3.5.2 If the entrant does not meet the criteria in these terms and conditions as well as clause (3.5.1) The entrant will be disqualified, with no refund and the prize may be offered to another entrant at random selection on a redraw. Again, no refund will be given.
How To Enter
(a) go to the Website (winnerwinnercompetitions.co.uk) and view the Competition you wish to enter, and view the Question;
(b) select your answer to the competition question and your chosen number of entries; then
(c) complete the checkout process and submit the online order form; then
(d) complete the payment to receive your order confirmation.
3.6. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be given.
3.7. The Promoter will send confirmation that your entry has been received, and your allocated ticket number(s).
3.8. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.9. By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.10. You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:
(a) send your entry by first class post to the Promoter at the following address: Winner Winner Competitions, PO BOX 387, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. NR30 9HS
(b) include with your entry the following information:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and
(iv) your answer to the Competition Question.
(c) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(d) Postal entries are limited to one entry for one competition per postal entry. Entries must be posted individually, multiple free entry letters (A4) to any of our competitions will result in disqualification. All associated postal entries may be excluded if there is suspicion that one person is attempting to enter multiple times using different details.
(e) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(f) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. We need at least 24 hours to process free postal entries so please bare this in mind.
(g) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;
(h) if the number of paid entries reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
(i) Entrants must have created an account on the Website for the free entry to be processed. All details on the letter MUST correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. All postal entries are checked every Monday. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
(j) Entry must be provided on A4 paper/letter, as the document is scanned by a mail team and emailed directly to us. Failing to do so may result in loss of entry.
